Bi-weekly coach check-ins: Meetings are held by phone, Zoom, or email based on your preference.

What Happens After You Join

Coach Introduction: Within 24 hours, your coach will reach out, introduce themselves, and begin the onboarding process.
Onboarding: Complete your onboarding questionnaire so your coach can learn more about your training history, schedule, recovery, goals, and available equipment — whether you train at a commercial gym, home gym, or somewhere in between.
Custom Plan: Your initial training plan is built and delivered within 24 hours after your first meeting.
App Access: You’ll receive full TrueCoach access so your training, communication, and progress stay organized in one place.
Ready to Train: Most athletes are fully onboarded and training within 3–5 days.
