    Our Story

    Founded in 2008, AFT Fitness Coaching began as an in-person coaching company. At the time, health club owners were selling memberships without offering quality coaching — so we stepped in. Partnering with over 250 clubs across the U.S., we provided in-house personal training, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. We quickly became an industry leader and one of the largest employers of fitness professionals nationwide.

    Then the pandemic changed everything. The fitness industry shifted — and so did we. Over three years, we transitioned from in-person services to a fully remote training program for athletes, allowing us to reach more people and deliver higher-quality support.

    But we realized something else: our passion was never about general fitness. Beginners often need hands-on support, and broad “one-size-fits-all” training didn’t reflect who we are. We train hard. We push limits. And we want to work with athletes who share that same drive — dedicated, disciplined, and experienced.

    At its core, the Arcos Program is power bodybuilding — a training system that builds both strength and hypertrophy. In simple terms: you’ll both look the part and perform the part.

    This isn’t for beginners. Arcos is built for experienced athletes and advanced lifters who already bring discipline and intensity. We add the structure, accountability, and precision that compound results over time and help you break through plateaus.

    Every plan is grounded in sound scientific principles and shaped by decades of practical coaching experience. Our staff spans powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, track & field, and more. Each plan is a custom strength & conditioning program — built from scratch for your goals, equipment, and schedule — then finalized by our PhD-level Lead Performance Coach for quality and safety.

    The result is a system that is both scientifically rigorous and athletically proven — a true structured coaching blueprint for long-term performance in strength and hypertrophy.

    1. Live Onboarding: We learn your goals, training history, equipment, schedule, and constraints — then outline your initial blueprint.
    2. Custom Build: Your online strength & hypertrophy program is written from scratch by your coach and reviewed by our PhD-level lead.
    3. Real-Time Coaching: Training evolves with your progress — reviews, feedback loops, deloads when needed, and intelligent adjustments for travel or busy weeks.
