Founded in 2008, AFT Fitness Coaching began as an in-person coaching company. At the time, health club owners were selling memberships without offering quality coaching — so we stepped in. Partnering with over 250 clubs across the U.S., we provided in-house personal training, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. We quickly became an industry leader and one of the largest employers of fitness professionals nationwide.
Then the pandemic changed everything. The fitness industry shifted — and so did we. Over three years, we transitioned from in-person services to a fully remote training program for athletes, allowing us to reach more people and deliver higher-quality support.
But we realized something else: our passion was never about general fitness. Beginners often need hands-on support, and broad “one-size-fits-all” training didn’t reflect who we are. We train hard. We push limits. And we want to work with athletes who share that same drive — dedicated, disciplined, and experienced.
