What Happens Next

1. Getting You Set Up. After you sign up, we'll build your profile and load your first week of training into TrueCoach, then send you an email invitation to activate your account. We'll try to get this to you as quickly as possible — always within one business day.
2. Your Trial Week. Use the first 7 days to get set up and get a feel for how the program actually works.
3. The Program Rolls Out In Phases. New phases continue as you progress — strength training and cardio both included. Each phase opens with an overview explaining what's changing, then loads automatically into TrueCoach with the defaults and alternatives ready to go.
4. Keep Going. New phases keep coming as long as you're training.

After day 7, your subscription continues at $19.99/month until you cancel — no contract, no notice period. Cancellation is self-serve, right from your account — no email or phone call needed.
