Step 1: Dive Into A Comprehensive Fitness Assessment and Program Overview

Your Wellness Coordinator will be your main point of contact and will help you get started on your journey.
Step 2: Personalized Fitness Consultation
Meet with our exercise scientist to refine your specific training plan for optimal results, ensuring every workout aligns perfectly with your goals and circumstances.
Step 3: Receive Phase One of Your Exercise Program
Receive your meticulously crafted Phase One workout plan, setting the foundation for your transformational fitness journey.
Step 4: Fine-Tune and Launch
Meet with our exercise scientist again to review and refine your plan, then dive in headfirst to start seeing results.
You will meet bi-weekly with our Exercise scientists throughout the duration of your program.
Step 5: Meet with our Registered Dietitian
Meet with our Registered Dietitian to review nutritional goals, determine the best approach to achieve those goals, and put together a plan to implement the new approach.
Note that we give our clients about 10-14 days to get acclimated to the exercise program prior to meeting with our RD. Note you will meet monthly with our RD.

Wallace Wells is our Director of Fitness Testing and Programming, and Online Fitness Coaching.
He is the leader of the Coaching Program. In addition to coaching his own clients, Wallace also reviews every program we create for our clients to ensure that they are receiving the best programming possible.
As part of his continuing education, Wallace also is a part-time college professor teaching graduate courses to master’s degree students in Exercise Science.
Stephanie Rossler, MS, RD
Our lead nutrition coach Stephanie Rossler is passionate about spreading her knowledge of healthy dietary habits and enjoys various fitness activities -- from powerlifting to distance running.
Stephanie and her team provide consultations and ongoing guidance to our clients to help ensure the best possible results. Stephanie works full-time as a clinical dietitian in a hospital where she continues to grow her skill set and serve her community.
Stephanie has a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephanie is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and is Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
