    Wallace Wells

    Wallace Wells is the lead performance coach at AFT, bringing advanced expertise in strength, endurance, and athlete performance. He holds a B.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology, is a Doctoral Candidate in Biophysics and Physiology, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and serves as a Professor of Exercise Science.

    As the primary coaching lead inside the Arcos Program, Wallace works directly with athletes to deliver structure, accountability, and precision in every phase of training. His mission is to hold athletes to the highest standard so they can perform at theirs

    Stephanie Rossler, MS, RD

    Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian who brings a performance-driven lens to athlete development. As part of the Arcos coaching team, she contributes expertise in fueling strategies, recovery optimization, and athlete health — ensuring every blueprint is designed not only for training intensity, but also for long-term performance

    Stephanie has a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephanie is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and is Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
